No, the exchange is not instant. Due to security measures, we have to verify with the payment processors directly if the funds sent by the member is valid and non-fraudulent. Once we receive confirmation then we go ahead and fulfill the request. Once we've established that you are the real owner of the account, then your exchanges will just get faster. Meanwhile PerfectMoney exchange should be done within 24 hours as they have a strict no-refund policy.
Do you offer refunds in case we made a mistake?
